My focus was on understanding the real-world challenges that individuals face while navigating their career paths. This journey began with a narrative exploration, immersing myself in the experiences of potential users to unravel the intricacies of their struggles.

I discovered users feeling lost amidst the expansive landscape of career possibilities, highlighting the need for a solution like Career Tracker to bridge these gaps and provide a clear path forward.

During this exciting phase, I brainstormed creative ideas and imagined cool features to tackle the challenges I found. Using user personas and smart design thinking, I came up with solutions that focus on empowering users, making learning easy, providing instant mentorship, and guiding users through a curated job journey. This sets the stage for a complete and user-friendly Career Tracker platform.

Users need encouragement to do more, Home page welcomes users with an encouraging welcome text along with users Today’s activity, Activity stats and a career test. The career test help users to identify matching careers based on their interests.
Tutorials:
Career tracker introduces short learning tutorials for a big impact. In a fast-paced world, bite-sized tutorials engage users with quick, informative content that keeps users updated and ready for the challenges ahead.
Mentors
The platform provides career mentorship that allows direct interaction with mentors, ensuring users get real-time insights and advice.
Mentor availability is transparent, and the reliability of mentorship is ensured through the mentor profiles detailing their skills, experience, awards, and achievements. This finds the perfect match for user’s aspirations.
Jobs
We are tracking the users for their best fit career, and it also ended happily with a Job memo. career tracker provides a curated job portal based on their career interest and user type (student/professional). so that they can find best fit job and apply for them.
Profile
Profile section is customized with user image and users can find their favourite/saved videos. If the user is decided to move with one of their career interest, users can reset their interest so they can customize their tutorials and job offerings.
